On the meeting of the Ambassador of Belarus Mr. Sergei Terentiev with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Egypt

On June 25, 2020, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt Mr. Sergey Terentiev met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt Mr. Bader Abdel Ati.

The parties discussed the implementation of the agreements reached during the visit of the President of the Republic of Belarus to Egypt in February 2020, as well as the schedule of upcoming high-level bilateral contacts.

The parties confirmed their readiness for active cooperation in order to develop economic cooperation, including the implementation of joint projects on modernization of Egyptian industry with the participation of Belarusian enterprises.

The parties also welcomed the resumption of Belavia charter flights to Egypt from July 2020.
