Requirements for documents to be submitted
When contacting the Embassy to resolve consular issues, foreign citizens must provide a valid document proving their identity – a foreign citizen's passport with a current photograph.
All foreign documents intended for submission to the consular service of the Embassy and subsequent use must be duly legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt and translated into Russian or Belarusian.
Documents with mechanical or other damage will not be accepted for consideration

Procedure for payment of consular fees:

When submitting documents, consular fees are payable in cash in euros only.
