Humanitarian cooperation

An important Belarusian-Algerian humanitarian project is the vacation of Algerian children at the Zubrenok Children’s Educational and Health Center, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

The first group visited Belarus from June 25 to July 5, 2026.

A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Higher Education was signed between the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.

More than 400 Algerian specialists with higher and secondary vocational education have been trained at Belarusian educational institutions.
