On the meeting of the Ambassador of Belarus S.Terentiev with the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of Egypt for European Affairs

On March 11, 2025 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt Mr. Sergei Terentiev met with the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt for European Affairs Mr. Wael Hamed.
The Interlocutors discussed the schedule of bilateral events for the near future, outlined steps to intensify contacts at various levels, ties between specialized authorities in a wide range of areas of trade and economic cooperation. Special attention at the meeting was paid to issues of humanitarian cooperation.
The Sides discussed the possibilities of cooperation within the framework of international organizations and confirmed their readiness for mutual support on a number of issues at international platforms.
In the context of regional issues discussion, a coincidence of positions was noted regarding the need to resolve conflicts in a peaceful way.
