On the opening of a new assembly line of JSC «Amkodor» in Egypt

On December 17, 2018 in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between JSC «Amkodor», the National Organization of Military Production and its enterprises, as well as the Egyptian Company for Agricultural and Rural Development, signed during the fifth meeting of the Belarusian-Egyptian Joint Trade Commission in Cairo on November 28-29, 2018, the work has been started to create the second assembly line of JSC «Amkodor» in Egypt.

On the basis of one of the enterprises of the National Organization of Military Production in Abo Zaabil a trial assembly of JSC «Amkodor» loaders has been organized in cooperation with the Egyptian Company for Agricultural and Rural Development. Two forklifts, two skid-steer loaders, one wheel loader have been assembled.

It is planned to use the mentioned equipment during implementation of large-scale infrastructural projects in Egypt. Gradual localization of production is expected.
