On familization tour to Belarus for Omani tourism representatives

From October 8 to 11, Belarus hosted a delegation of tourism representatives from the Sultanate of Oman as part of a familiarization tour organized by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus and the National Tourism Agency. The tour aimed to showcase Belarus's tourism potential and establish partnerships with Omani travel agencies.

As part of the program, the Omani guests were introduced to significant historical and cultural landmarks of Belarus, the country's capital, Minsk, and Belarusian tourism infrastructure.

On October 10, a meeting with the delegation of tourism representatives from the Sultanate of Oman was held at the Ministry of Sport and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus. The key topic of discussion was the development of package tours for Omani tourists based on Belavia charter flights from Minsk to Salalah. The parties also discussed the prospects of launching regular Oman Air flights between Muscat and Minsk in 2026.

Representatives of Omani tour operators presented their ideas for family tour concepts to Belarus, emphasizing opportunities for outdoor recreation and child-friendly activities during the summer season, when temperatures in the Sultanate of Oman are extremely high.
