On the visit of the Sultan of Oman to Belarus

During October 6-7, 2025, the first visit in the history of Belarusian-Omani bilateral relations of His Majesty the Sultan of Oman, Haitham bin Tarek Al Said, to Belarus was held at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Belarus, His Excellency Aleksandr Lukashenko.
During the visit, the Sides discussed the implementation of the agreements reached during the negotiations between the two Leaders in Muscat in December 2024.
Seven bilateral documents were signed on the sidelines of the visit, including the Roadmap for  development of bilateral cooperation, Agreement on mutual abolition of visas, as well as the documents in the fields of transport and logistics, woodworking, healthcare and the judiciary sphere. Following the visit, Joint Statement was published.
In addition to the series of talks between the Heads of Belarus and Oman, the program of the Sultan of Oman also included the visit to the Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War and a wreath-laying ceremony at the Victory Monument.
