On the meeting with the Deputy President of the Arab Parliament

On August 19, 2026, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy in Egypt, Eugene Belov, met with Hesham El-Hosary, Vice President of the Arab Parliament and Member of the House of Representatives of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The parties positively assessed the results of the Arab Parliament delegation’s visit to Belarus in July 2026. Specific steps to implement the agreements reached during the visit, including on developing trade and economic cooperation, interaction between chambers of commerce and industry, analytical institutions, and other structures of Belarus and Arab countries were outlined.

Potential for intensifying Belarusian-Egyptian interparliamentary dialogue was also discussed.
