On the presentation of credentials to the Sultan of Oman

On February 17, 2021 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Sultanate of Oman (non-resident) Mr. Sergei Terentiev Ambassador presented his credentials to the Sultan of Oman, His Majesty Haitham Bin Tarik Al Saed.

During the ensuing conversation the parties noted the traditionally friendly relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Sultanate of Oman.

His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik Al Saed warmly recalled the visit of the President of the Republic of Belarus to the Sultanate of Oman in 2007, in which he was engaged, and conveyed his best wishes to the Head of the Belarusian State.

The parties confirmed their intentions to further develop bilateral cooperation in the political, trade, economic, investment and humanitarian spheres.
