Ambassador of Belarus E.Sobolevski presents his Credentials to the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of Sudan

On October 11, 2026, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Sudan concurrently, Evgueni Sobolevski, presented his credentials to the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of Sudan Abdel Fattah Al Burhan.

During the ceremony, the Belarusian side reaffirmed its readiness to support  intensification of ties between Belarus and Sudan. Interest was expressed in participating in Sudan’s post-conflict reconstruction through the supply of Belarusian agricultural, passenger, cargo and road-construction machinery, as well as food products and other goods required by the Sudanese side.

The Sudanese leadership confirmed its intention to facilitate the advancement of bilateral cooperation across various areas.
